1) The relative frequency of both phrases in a Google search
2) Widespread use of the abbreviation "PVN"
3) Related citations in my "Japanese-English-Chinese Glossary of Anatomy, Pathology, and Histology (ISBN7-
117-01832-1/R-1833"
On this basis, I am also submitting related amendments to existing dictionary terms.
