Obunsha's Essential J-E, 1980 has allegory also for 寓意 (238) (which implies allegorical for the teki form I'd say).

At least the use of 寓意的 for allegorical seems well established. 
However, combining emblematic and 寓意的 got only 4 hits in google

I responded to the example section were 愚意的 seems to be a typo for 寓意的:
