ピン and 端子 are used somewhat interchangeably, but there is a pretty clear example of 端子 = "pin" in the last line of the first section of specs listed on this page. This line occurs just before the first diagram:
端子数 = 117pin(Dice)
There are other, similar examples on this page, as well.
(comment) I am not at all sure if 端子 means "pin" in any other circumstances, but it does in the world of semiconductor engineering/programming.
