(comment)	While using WWWJDIC as an aid to proofread aforementioned manual (in references field), I find that WWWJDIC parses 新開発 as しんかいほつ, with no definition given.  Please consider my definition provided, and alternate reading (this is a pretty basic term, so I suppose it is just a bug in WWWJDIC's data.)
