New Entries/Amendments for 2004-May-15.html

======= Date: Sat, 15 May 2004 00:19:51 +1000 (EST)
(subtype)	amend
(headw1)	召還
(pos)	vs
(english1)	summon
(reference)	This seems to be used where there is no 're' implied from the current meaning of 'recall'.
I've come across this several times - most recent:
子供のケンカにプロボクサーを召還しよう!
Also added 'vs' to part of speech section.

(subtype)	amend
(headw1)	琴
(kana1)	こと
(comment)	Currently, the definition given is: "Koto (Japanese harp)". A koto definitely isn't a harp; if you must draw an analogy to a European instrument, a zither would probably be closest. Perhaps “stringed instrument” would be better, but that would apply to a shamisen as well... maybe “large stringed instrument with movable bridges, played sitting-down”. (This also applies to the English given for 琴一張.)
