(comment)	I find that the meanings such as "implementation" or "promotion" are used much more often than "propulsion" or "driving force," especially in government literature introducing new policies, etc. I suppose in science, the "propulsion" meaning would be more common. Currently, the edict only offers "propulsion" and "driving force."
Thank you always for your lovely online dictionary. I use it almost daily, along with the equally handy alc dictionary. Might I suggest adding more official translations of official names and declarations? ie. right now I am trying to find the official English for
人権教育及び人権啓発の推進に関する法律

(comment)	Martin is ambiguous, but seems to distinguish this from ハヤシ - also not on your list - which he vaguely seems to suggest is used for comestibles such as ハヤシライス.
