(comment)	Although the dictionary currently contains 目論見, I don't think the definition given is enough to make it clear what 目論見書 is. This term is commonly used in financial/legal circles and I think it definitely warrants its own entry. And I believe its use is fairly specific to what we call a prospectus or offering memorandum in English.

(comment)	This is another term where てどり itself is already in the dictionary (usually used to refer to net income), but in the context of a securities offering is used a little more specifically to refer to the net proceeds (after fees, etc.) of the offering. It might warrant its own entry.
