被告を監禁致傷罪で追起訴した。
The accused was additionally indicted with Confinement and Inflicting Injury.
(comment) I was unable to find an English translation in any dictionaries; however, according to 三省堂「大辞林 第二版」, which can be searched through dictionary.goo.ne.jp:
ちしょう【致傷】
犯罪行為の結果として傷害に至らしめること。= Coming to injury as the result of a criminal act.
(At least, that's what I think the definition means...)
In this way, I have come to think that a good translation would be "inflicting injury" or "infliction of injury". I would like to know your thoughts, as well, and maybe this term can be added to your dictionary!
