During a recent conversation, the topic of the difference between お握り and お結び came up. I was asking a Japanese friend about the difference and was informed that they are one-and-the-same. Just for kicks, I looked in your dictionary... I noticed that it has been translated as "hand-rolled sushi", which I believe would actually be 手巻き寿司. Maybe this was confused with にぎり寿司?
