(comment)	The amendment is the addition of the sense "to restore (sth to its place)".  EDICT already has this sense of the word in the expressions 戈を収める and 元の所へ収める, but in the light of GG5 and the quoted example, these appear to be transparent uses of the word in this sense, not special idioms worthy of separate entries.
