(comment)	I think the definition you have there now sounds like it is descriptive of childbirth that happens to be relatively painless, or an easy childbirth. In my experience this phrase is used to mean what we mean when we say "epidural" in English. Maybe changing the definition to "Epidural. A painless childbirth." would be better?
