It might be nice to add that (肝)きも is only liver to be eaten, usually at Korean BBQ. Use of it as an anatomical term would only evoke confusion and perhaps laughter. BTW, (肝)きも is never used to mean "guts". I don't care what some dictionary might say. The word "guts", if substituted for courage (yuuki) is usually as is "gairai-go".
