Interestingly enough, むすこ is very "common" for penis, the other words you have in Edict either being 子供向き or medically professional. A major omission especially for one who actually thinks a man is talking about his "son" when he talks about his 息子 in men-only evening conversation. Hey, context is extremely important, and yes most of my friends in Japan are professors, educators and other professionals. But "men will be men".
