You have this word listed as "hip" in the dictionary. However, this seems to also be a polite way to say "ass" particuarly of a girl. On a google image search of the word, you get lots of nice ass shots, and most of those of very nice backsides from young lasses. Also, in the article I mention above, the cop got arrested for feeling up a chick on the train. The whole feeling, and the seriousness of the charge, seems to suggest he squeezed a little higher up than her thigh ...
