(pos1) n
(english1) main cause

(comment) In contrast to typical dictionary entries for this word it appears that in practice it is used just like 原因 - in other words "primary" is much less emphasised.

(headw1) 短期
(kana1) たんき
(pos1) n
(comment) 短期 【たんき】 (n) short term
長期計画 is in the list. Am I wrong to assume that 短期計画 is unworthy? I don't know, because I threw my dictionary out years ago when I became able to rely on context for the meaning of "new" words and then make up words that I needed from the requisite Kanji - on the fly, so to speak. Only Edict, and please excuse the compliment, has been worthy of so much of my time. I sincerely thank you for your effort in creating such a valuable resource --which shall continue to evolve in nice Hegelian fashion.

(comment) 靴箆 【くつべら】 (n) shoehorn [G][GI][S][A]
靴篦 【くつべら】 (n) shoehorn [G][GI][S][A]
Need combining. It's often also written 靴べら, so that should be added too.
