(reference)	According to the Kojiten 『広辞苑』just the word 謦咳 means the same as せきばらい　Ｏｒ　しわぶき　(to cough). As well as "speak laughing". I quote 「また、笑ったり語ったりすること」。
(comment)	 The entry "謦咳 【けいがい】 (n,vs) pleasure of meeting" has as well this meaning according to Kenkyusha's New Japanese English Dictionary 4th Ed. However, this meaning seems to be more common as an idiom 「謦咳に接する」。
Therefore, I would like to contribute to your edict. with the above amendment. However, as English is not my first language, please feel free to modify my translation of the word as you please. Specially the meaning number (2).
