(headw1)	財閥
(kana1)	ざいばつ
(pos1)	n
(comment)	財閥 【ざいばつ】 (n) zaibatsu; plutocrats; financial clique; chaebol (Korean)
I think it might be helpful to list the "five families" that still control Japan and were the prime movers of WWII. As I vaguely remember, Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, and Yasuda companies. Perhaps your history is better than mine, as I remember five families, not four. According to
http://www.bartleby.com/65/za/zaibatsu.html
"The leading zaibatsu (called keiretsu after World War II) are Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Dai Ichi Kangyo, Sumitomo, Sanwa, and Fuyo."

(comment)	外側 【そとがわ(P); がいそく】 (n) exterior; outside; extraneous
How does such a simple word mean "extraneous"? I don't know 蛇足 either for "superfluous". Guess my Japanese not dat gud after all.

(comment)	Could perhaps also be "all one's wealth," but my gut-feeling is that in most
cases it would probably be translated as I put it.

(headw1)	尺八
(kana1)	しゃくはち
(pos1)	n
(comment)	尺八 【しゃくはち】 (n) (1) bamboo flute; (2) (X) (vulg) oral sex; fellatio
Sorry, for better or worse, my "knowledge" reigns supreme here. Literally and somewhat liberally translated this is "flute blowing" and hopefully is an act performed by a female on a male, although other life-styles might argue the point. It is therefore definitely not "fellatio", i.e., not to include mutual heterosexual encounters.

(headw1)	分間
(kana1)	ふんかん
(pos1)	n
(comment)	The text translation function parses 分間 as "分間 【ふんかん】 elapsed second(s); CO." I'm not very advanced in Japanese, but don't see any justifcation for "seconds" rather than "minutes," and doubt that "elapsed" is suitable for all contexts. Maybe appended "(duration)" would be better for the latter.
