Ah, sorry. This rendering in Not Even Close to accurate. 飛び出る means to "jump out" and can therefore refer to animals, kids playing, whatever. ONLY when it is used as an intensifier to describe prices, etc. can it mean exhorbitant. On this very obvious fact, I shall not entertain a rebuttal. Therefore, kindly lay your weapons down as I am One with the Source.
