切り取り implies violence (robbery), though it could very well be the confusion between burglary and robbery that I hear in "US speak" (robbery and burglary being two radically different crimes in modus operandi) In short, I see all of the renderings fighting each other for supremacy:
1) violent robbery (robbery, by definition, is violent) =/= burglary (burglary, by definition, is without people being confronted or involved)
2) robber =/= burglar

(pos1) n
Not sure where 火付 came to mean "arson; incendiary". What it means is to "light a fire", many contexts therefore being possible.

(english1) Tetsumasa

(comment) there is an existing entry for "tatsuya" that has caused considerable confusion in some places. I don't know how relatively common the two readings are.

Wow, way off base on this rendering! Yes, anything with 強 before it indicates "force" but well, that's that, my heart not being in it any more.
