Headword 1五本指
Reading 1ごほんゆび
Part-of-speechn
English 1(1) five-toed (socks)
English 2(2) top 5 (counting with fingers)
ReferenceCame across the 2nd sense in a radio show, the context made it pretty clear. Also this google hit implies the same:

"And I’m like “This got to be in the top 5. WORST songs of her”. ... A: みんながいいと言うけど、はっきり言って彼女の曲の中でも最悪五本指に..."

However, most google hits are for the 1st sense, which appears to be an abbreviation of 五本指靴下 which I'll submit next.

Miscsl
English 1a person who says nonsensical ramblings

ReferenceOver 500k Google hits.
CommentI've asked several people to explain the meaning, and they all said the same
thing. Apparently the idea is that it's as if the person was picking up weird radio
waves and just uttering what he heard from them.
I've also heard 電波 alone used to mean "nonsense".
