English 3doubts and fears
Referenceうたがいおそれること 大辞林
[名](スル)うたがって不安に思うこと 大辞泉
CommentShould have "arch" and "uK" tags.

I don't think 疑懼 is related to ぎくり、ぎくっ.
疑懼 is essentially "fear arising from doubt," whereas ぎくり or ぎくっ is essentially an onomatopoeia, the thumping sound of the heart when one is startled.
僕はぎくりとした。My heart leapt to my mouth (throat) GG5
心臓がぎくり、という音をたてる。
http://www.geocities.co.jp/Bookend-Kenji/6451/content/imayori/to-ya6.htm
ぎくり→ぎくっ
GG5〔急に折れ曲がる様子〕 a breaking [snapping] off; a cracking; 〔その時の音〕 a snap; a crack; a pop.

疑懼 is always written in kanji alone (uK). Also, it is a rather archaic word. GG5 does not list this word.

Current Entry三人殺し [さんにんころし] /(n) triple murder/
Headword 1三人殺し
Reading 1さんにんごろし
Reading 2さんにんころし
Part-of-speechn
English 1triple murder
Commentごろし sounds more natural than ころし in this word.
人殺し reads ひとごろし in GG5 and 大辞林; no ひところし is not mentioned.
唐人殺し is とうじんごろし (no とうじんころし)in 大辞林.
Most of the large number of hits on 3人殺し (reading ころし) are verb forms, such as 人を3人殺して。。。(ころして).
I am not sure 3人殺し should be considered a headword.
NameKanji Haitani

Editorial Comment Thanks. The 3人殺し is probably OK. I get 12k hits for "3人殺し", and only 500 for 三人殺し.

CommentRead the above conversation about the reading of this kanji when it appears in this context. I'm not quite sure if there is a consensus but the reading is likely not お. I would suggest the reading be changed to (に)おいて (which is the same way you would read it in the context of 漢文), or something similar, in the way that "etc." is read "et cetera."
