Editorial Comment Hmmmm. My inclination is to pass over this one. While I think it's OK to have entries for 仝, 〆, 々, etc. you can't go forever with non-text items. What about ◇, ◆, □, ■, ※, ♯, ♭, √, etc. It's bad enough with ◯, ○, 〇, etc.

Editorial Comment Hmmm. A curly one from フーバーさん. I'm inclined to reject it. At present the only ゝ in the file is the ゝ entry itself. From what I can find on the WWW, most refs to こゝろ are to 夏目漱石's novel.

Headword 1
Reading 1
Part-of-speechexp
English 1for one's age
English 2TempSUB
CommentRegarding "I'll add 歳の割に to the entry, but I'm not sure we really need to make a separate sense." the separate sense would be for
歳の割に(さいのわりに) (exp,suf) considering he's N year's old
as opposed to

See what I mean about it getting messy?
NamePaul Blay
Submission Typeamend
Editorial Comment Indeed, but we'd need to note also that 歳の割に in the N-year's old sense would be さいのわりに, and for good measure we'd have to work in 才の割に as well (or am I missing something?)

Headword 1
Part-of-speechadj
English 1ceramic

Source: http://www.murata.co.jp/speaker/tw/spec/es103.html

Unlike conventional speakers, our ES103 tweeters produce sound through piezoelectricity: the semispherical ceramic membrane itself acts as the tweeter medium. With traditional speakers, the characteristic resonance frequency of the vibrator medium is set below the reproduction bandwidth; but with the ES103, the ceramic medium has resonant frequency that lies that above this bandwidth. This means that the diaphragm provides extremely faithful tracking of the input signal, resulting in superlative transient characteristics and delicate, rich sound reproduction. These tweeters enhance playback from a wide variety of audio media, from CDs and LPs to SACDs and DVD audio.
