I think the current entry with "(See 成る;しめる)" is correct, and doubt if the amendment entry with "(See なり;しめる) makes sense. It seems to me 成らしめる is just one of the many compound verbs made up of a verb plus the auxiliary verb しめる、meaning "to cause/make/let 〜 verb." E.g.: あらしめる（在らしめる）、言わしめる、寒からしめる、失わしめる、etc. Also, you can say "〜とならしめる". e.g.「農業を独立した職業とならしめるよう企業として経営できるだけの規模」、「住友銀行を邦銀のイノベーターとならしめると共に」、「〜を可能とならしめる」.
