Comment上げる already has all of the 揚げる senses in it and most of the 挙げる senses.

might as well merge with restrictions, as koj, daijr, & daijs do

senses need to be split pretty desperately in any case. same as かける, i tried to put them in an order where they made a little bit of sense.

if you don't wish to merge completely, daijirin's restrictions are a little more strict than koj's or daijs's. (i restricted based on whenever two of the dics agreed, and then googled to make sure it was correct.)

Comment>I guess you mean a (P) tag. Doesn't look much like a place name.

Which would more than likely explain why I didn't submit it as a "place", something that is under my control through the submission form.

When an entire phrase is devoid of caps, and when the (crystal-clear) context is taken into consideration, it's not very difficult to figure out that the "(p)" tag in this case is, in fact, a "(P)" tag.

Shall I endeavour to properly capitalize all of my comments and avoid other time-saving abbreviations, even confusion is almost certain not to ensue?

Comment>I guess you mean a (P) tag. Doesn't look much like a place name.

Which would more than likely explain why I didn't submit it as a "place", something that is under my control through the submission form.

When an entire phrase is devoid of caps, and when the (crystal-clear) context is taken into consideration, it's not very difficult to figure out that the "(p)" tag in this case is, in fact, a "(P)" tag.

Shall I endeavour to properly capitalize all of my comments and avoid other time-saving abbreviations, even when confusion is almost certain not to ensue?

CommentBest I can make out 改製原戸籍 is what was the family register before the current family register was 're-created' from it. A 改製原戸籍 is a big book of the old paper entries.

改製 itself is _not_ directly linked to family registers in particular and is used in other contexts as well.
