Editorial Comment It's odd that all the major dictionaries totally ignore 関わらず/関らず, yet the former is being used overwhelmingly. Is it because it comes up first in IMEs? (Mine puts 拘わらず first, but that's Linux.) I'd probably better remove the iK.
