What kind of verification is required? I have attached a Japanese language link (one of the many available from a Google search of the term). Also, being part of the gay scene in Japan, I have had constant exposure to the word over the years I have been here. One other thing - I notice that the word doesn't come up when entered in hiragana. Is the "Reading of the headword in kana" not included in the search? For that reason I have also entered the hiragana as an Alternative headword, as I think it is written both ways.
