daijs & daijr have it as 動サ特活, which is the same tag they use for ございます.

活用は「ござりませ(ござりましょ)・ござりまし・ござります(ござりまする)・ござります(ござりまする)・ござりますれ・〇」。現代では「ございます」よりも古風な言い方。
