Commentif you want to include that, it's better described as an adj-pn form of 若し, not a pref. (although the difference between the two is sometimes iffy)

Headword 1ゆるり

Part-of-speechadv-to
Part-of-speechadv
English 1unhurriedly
English 2leisurely
English 3slowly
English 4relaxedly
English 5taking one's time
Referencefrom 大辞林:

ゆるり23 【緩り】
「ゆるり」を大辞泉でも検索する

(副)
(多く「と」を伴って)
[1] くつろいでいるさま。らくに。

・ ご―とお休み下さい
[2] いそがず、ゆっくりしたさま。

・ ―と参ろう

Also in 広辞苑第五版 and a few other dictionaries.
CommentSeems to always appear with と. Dictionaries generally say "多く「緩りと」の形で使う". Maybe a separate entry for ゆるりと should be made?

I included a kana reading even though the main headword is in hiragana, because the system wouldn't accept the entry otherwise.
NameDennis Yeo

Editorial Comment In this dictionary there is no "main headword". There is a kana part and an optional kanji part. "adv-to", and no separate entry for ゆるりと.

Part-of-speechn-adv
Part-of-speechadv-to
English 1here and there
English 2now and then
English 3twos and threes
English 4sparsely
Cross-referenceちらほら
Referencefrom 大辞泉 (dic.yahoo.co.jp):

ちらり‐ほらり

[副]

1 「ちらほら」に同じ。「梅の花が―(と)咲きはじめる」「友の消息が―(と)耳に入る」

2 小さな花びらなどが、ゆっくりとまばらに飛び散るさま。「桜の花びらが―(と)風に舞う」

3 すばやく動くさま。

・ 「―と馬の先よけるふりして」〈浄・鑓の権三〉

Also in Kojien, Shinmeikai.
CommentI set "adv-to" as a part of speech, but I admittedly don't really have evidence of this. The term itself occurs with と quite often (24,200 g-hits in total, 11,800 with と). I also left out the last sense given in Daijirin (すばやく動くさま) since it isn't given in other sources I checked, but it's inferrable from the sense "[appearing] here and there".

Editorial Comment Should be ちらりほらり. adv and adv-to.
