English 4(4) you
Commentrather than going all nuts with restrictions here, wouldn't it be easier just to add そなた as a reading to one of the current 汝 entries?

the supplied reference for 汝[そなた] only supported the "you" sense, and that's what the kanji suggests, so if it's included here, it should be restricted to sense 4 only

surely 汝[そなた] can fit as an ik-reading (no dictionary has it, nor does my kanwa jiten) in here somewhere:
汝 [なれ] (n) (arch) you
汝 [まし] (n) (arch) you
汝 [なむち] (n) (arch) you
汝 [い] (n) (arch) (vulg) you
汝 [しゃ] (n) (arch) (vulg) you
汝 [いまし] (n) (arch) (fam) you
汝 [なんじ] (n) (arch) thou, you
汝 [みまし] (n) (arch) (hon) you
汝 [な] (n) (1) (arch) I, (2) you
汝 [うぬ] (n) (vulg) blockhead!, you
汝 [し] (n) (1) (arch) that, (2) you, (3) oneself, themself

further, そち in this entry should be (ok) and perhaps the そなた here as well, i think
NameRene Malenfant

Headword 1外傷神経症
Reading 1がいしょうしんけいしょう

Comment"traumatic neurosis" leaves a lot to be desired. Although I could be wrong but I believe 外傷神経症 refers to a neurosis brought about by external trauma - such as post-traumatic stress disorder. Whatever the clarification might be "traumatic neurosis", in and of itself, makes no sense to someone with a strong background in psychology.

CommentIs this really two senses? The 大辞林 entry for アニメーション could be summed up to "animated film". If you want 'animation' as 'the process of animation' then I would suggest swapping senses.

Just to be clear, English (and other language) cartoons are called 'アニメ' while non-Japanese call Japanese cartoons only 'anime'.

Editorial Comment The もんよう is OK, although a bit obscure. The えふ is a misreading of the dictionary indication of the 旧仮名遣い よう -> えふ.

English 1(See 如何・いかん) depending on the ~
English 2to depend on the ~
CommentSense (3) of 如何 is limited to the reading いかん and it's always bugged me a bit that it's merged into the いかが lots. This should make things a little clearer.
