Current Entry入金 [にゅうきん] /(n,vs) deposit/payment/money received/money due/(P)/ (1466040)
Headword 1入金
Reading 1にゅうきん
Part-of-speechn,vs
English 1deposit
English 2payment
English 3money received
English 4money due
CommentI find it hard to believe that 入金 warrants a P marker yet its antonym 出金 does not. That could possibly be due to Japan's "Enron-style" business practices.
NameDennis
Submission Typeamend
Editorial Comment 出金 gets about 1/3 the hits of 入金, and might just scrape a P. I'm surprised it got no counts in the newspaper corpus. I suspect a misparse.

CommentI don't think the number of Google hits means anything at all. This word is common on Google because people sell things on the internet, not because it's a more common word than ニッカ or 所会. I think Google numbers give a completely distorted picture & should be disregarded.
Submission Typenew
Editorial Comment Obviously becoming more common. It's in Kenkyusha's "Evolving" new word list. Unlike you, I think WWW hits are a useful indicator of modern usage.
