Current Entry駅迄歩く [えきまであるく] /(v5k) to walk to the station/ (1861250)
Headword 1駅迄歩く
Reading 1えきまであるく
Part-of-speechv5k
English 1to walk to the station
CommentWhat is this sentence's raison d'être in the dictionary? It doesn't seem more than a simple sentence already represented by its parts to me, does it add anything beyond, for example, 「学校まで歩く」 and using the kanji form of まで?

I would suggest deletion, but the fact that it is in the dictionary makes me wonder about why it is there. Am I overlooking something?

CommentRe: >> What is this sentence's raison d'etre in the dictionary?

This entry is one of a clutch that was added from an unnamed
source in 2001. They have sequence numbers in the mid-18xxxxxx to low 19xxxxxx range. Most are OK, but some
are rather useless phrases, expressions, etc. such as the
one you have highlighted. I usually delete them when they
are pointed out.
