Comment | Incidentally これ以後 provides an interesting classification dilemma. From the grammatical usage point of view I think it fits (2), but from the gloss point of view it looks like (1).
If you look at it as ... (1) 以後 = from now (2) ○以後 = from the time given or implied by ○. then if ○ = 'now' then you get a (2) that looks like a (1). There are 238,000 Google hits for "これ以後", so the easiest cop-out would be to have a separate entry for it. |
