I searched around to find the meaning of しあい as a suffix, but apart from 試合 nothing seemed to come up. Then I thought that it may be the same meaning as し合い as a suffix to 話. As する and す seem to both turn into し in such situations, I decided to check it out on your site and got the 'make a submission'. If the anticiapted meaning is correct, then that makes complete sense.
