Referencehttp://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/search.php?MT=採る&kind=jn
http://dic.yahoo.co.jp/dsearch?dtype=2&p=採る
CommentThe earliest submission I could find concerning this entry already included sense (3) above, but I am doubtful that the kanji 採る is (intentionally) used for this sense.

If you take the obvious "態度をとる" the Google hits are
"態度を採る" 234 'real' Google hits
"態度を取る" 208,000

That's quite likely just to be 変換ミスs (although there's no way to prove it) and the dictionaries I checked didn't give 《採》specifically for that usage.

I suggest (a) drop it, or (b) add a (See 取る).

Editorial Comment I think you've missed the point. "トルコ風呂" *was* used in Japan as the name of what is now called a ソープランド. The name was changed after requests from the Turkish government. See http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%88%E3%83%AB%E3%82%B3%E9%A2%A8%E5%91%82 (3rd bullet point).
