Based on usage in an article in 朝日新聞 and the meaning of 奇襲 and 攻撃.
CommentThe "kamikaze attack" meaning doesn't feel right to me. You could read "kamikaze attack" as meaning as an (irresponsible/risky) surprise attack, but this being a Japanese dictionary I fear it could easily be misinterpreted as (always pertaining to) a suicide attack. Unless there is a reason for specifically using the term "kamikaze", I'd suggest dropping it in favour of these new meanings.
