Editorial Comment I don't base entries on typos. If the typo is common enough, I add it to the real entry with an "iK" tag.

Editorial Comment The WI stuff comes from about eight sources. They have been reformated and partially edited (e.g. readings added where missing, PoSs added to some, etc.) Also glosses have been merged. Some of the sources are copyrighted, but the merge/reformat/edit process has most likely got around that (it is very difficult to claim copyright on single dictionary entries, and the degree of mixing in the WI is probably sufficient to stop any claim that it is derived from any one of them.)
The WI entry for 土用の丑の日 looks like it came from Eijiro, but whether the Eijiro compiler can claim copyright over it is uncertain as some of the gloses are identical to other dictionaries. Editing it so it doesn't look the same as Eijiro is a good idea.

CommentAh, does びっくりだ really imply びっくり is a noun?

==

I'm not sure... But since adverbs sometimes seem to have a bit of noun function in them anyway, that other test is the probably better one.
