I haven't watched the rest of it, but it seems like とげら虫 might be the name of some mythical animal in that universe. Before the mother sees what the daughter has in her hand she tells her "there's no way you have a togeramushi". Then the grasshopper jumps out of her hands. I assume it's supposed to be a joke. |
