Editorial Comment GG5 just has 越す for all the senses, and no entry for 超す. The same with 広辞宛. 大辞林, the Kenkyusha 新和英中辞典, etc. have combined 越す/超す entries and no particular senses aligned with the kanji. I'll add "often 超す" to the present sense #4.
