| Comment | I am obliged for the revisit on this entry, together with Rene's observation and your comment, namely: "Actually 冒讀 is not in Nelson; Nelson has 冒助K. Even so, it's probably prudent to keep 冒讀 with a "iK" tag."
This made me search around again. I am sorry! I did state in my first submission, "I think that I must have missed something somewhere." Well, I did. The correct reading in my original handnote for searching your site; and for making the submission; and in all the references which I supplied; and in the original text which I read was "冒瀆". (Incidentally, for the meaning of "涜" my references state, "refer to 瀆", but your sites says that I have an unacceptable entry so I have deleted "冒瀆" in order to allow this submission to go through. However, it seems that "冒瀆" should take precedence over "冒涜". The entry in Nelson, at 3915(18), shows a modification to "瀆", but the main entry at 3373 confirms this character has the same meaning and reading.) At the time of searching your site for a meaning, I just could not understand where I was going wrong, I expanded the selected characters [i.e., 冒讀] up to 40 points and looked at them many times; even so I did not notice the error. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. |
