This is close to the situation considered in Ambro \cite{A2}; or rather, Ambro \cite{A2} appears as a kind of parody of Kawamata's result \cite{K1}. The original author told me to change "parody" to "imitation" (meaning that A is imitating K). I want to use "mimicking", since this is the respectable math word for copying someone else's argument. In any case, I don't think that "topping of nigiri-sushi" is especially appropriate here. M |

Kenkyusha's "EV" dictionary says: "the 「source [inspiration] 《for…》; the origin(al) 《of…》."
and quote the example: "黒澤の映画 『隠し砦の三悪人』 に登場する農民コンビが 『スターウォーズ』 のロボットコンビの元ネタであるのは有名な話だ. It is well known that the two farmers who appear in Kurosawa's movie “The Hidden Fortress” inspired the two robots in “Star Wars.” It's a less negative definition. |
