Headword 1蜜柑
Reading 1みかん
Reading 2ミカン
Part-of-speechn
English 1(uk) mandarin orange (esp. the satsuma mandarin, Citrus unshiu); tangerine
CommentIsn't this the same thing? (according to Wikipedia tangerine
is the common name for a type of mandarin orange)
Anyway, I tried to search WWWJDIC for tangerine and only
found "Taiwan Tangerine" (シークワーシャー) and "tangor" (キヨミオ
レンジ), so this should go somewhere. Thanks.

Editorial Comment I added タンジェリン (easy). Several dictionaries give ポンカン, so I added tangerine to that entry. AFAIK not all mandarin varieties are tangerines.

The origin could be a contraction of ozomashii.

English 1Company with committees
English 2Company with a committee governance structure
Referencehttp://www.rieti.go.jp/cgj/en/columns/columns_008.htm
In a "company with committees," three committees need to be set up where more than half of the directors are outside directors: an auditing committee, an appointment committee and a compensation committee.

http://www.marinelaw.jp/e/jml/jcmpny.html
The "committee governance structure" is mainly adopted by large scale open KK, however other companies can also adopt this structure.
Comment"Company with committees" seems to be used by the Japanese government but "company with a committee governance structure" is more understandable.

Editorial Comment Thanks. "Company with committees" is pretty 和製英語. I prefer the second, so I have made it: "company with a committee governance structure (e.g. auditing, appointment, compensation)"
