The form is set to EUC-JP coding as a default, but if the %nn%nn is for UTF-8 or Shift_JIS, it will result in mojibake. It's better if you keep the Japanese as Japanese - then it will end up correct. |

applies to light sources, while luminous sensitivity (視感度) is about light reception (for example, in the human eye) - it is easier to keep such things apart in Japanese, where each kanji gives away part of the meaning, but non-technical dictionaries often carry inaccurate information.
