Chaetodontoplus poliourus, a new angelfish (Perciformes: Pomacanthidae) from the Tropical Western Pacific. John E. Randall and Luiz A. Rocha. Pp. 511–520. [pdf, 581 KB]

http://rmbr.nus.edu.sg/rbz/biblio/57/57rbz511-520.pdf
CommentThis is a variant of the Singapore or Vermiculated Angelfish (Chaetodontoplus mesoleucus) and was just first described in 2009 in the paper above. It is already for sale in Japan. It has been shown through genetic testing to be a different species. Name is not official, but the discoverer used the latin for "gray tail" and that will probably be the English name.
