CommentWith regard to your comment on my previous submission, namely: "I think 從う is a typo for 従う," I am away from my dictionaries at the moment, but "從" was referred back to "従" in one of them. Also, when I clicked on your link "Examine" under "従う,"before making the submission, it was shown as an alternative; although the separate meanings do not wholly match. Also "從う" seems to pick up over 13k Google hits. However, I will be guided by your comment.

P.S., with regard to your comment on my other recent submission, namely: "I won't have "lumber" there as it's not an adverb,", I agree with you about the classification of "adverb." However, in the Japanese/English dictionary, it used "lumber" so I followed suit, but I also added "lumbering" for the reason you have stated. I am obliged for your confirmatory comment. However, it is difficult to discount what a dictionary says when seeking to provide a reference for one's own submissions.

Editorial Comment Actually, I've added 從う as an "iK" alternative.
Many domestic Japanese dictionaries are pretty sloppy in the parts of speech they use in translations.

Reading confirmed with daijirin and GG5. I see an entry starting with kyoku- in WI1, but cannot find any support for that reading in Japanese dictionaries.
